Augsburg, June 2016 – The new entrance gantry Smart from WashTec makes every car wash look bright and friendly. The energy-saving LED technology illuminates the entire gantry perfectly to enable easy entrance for the customer. The car wash then turns into a real experience with the illuminated foam curtain FoamSensation.

Apart from the energy-saving LED technology, the new entrance gantry Smart for the SoftLine Vario also offers a new washing height and width of 2.40 m each. The conveyor tunnel system can be simply adjusted to suit the individual and unique design of each customer. The banners on the side doors and the crossbeam are easy to replace. In addition, numerous options such as a price display, traffic lights, LED banner display or foam system can be integrated into the entrance or also wax application gantry. The newly developed foam arch FoamSensation can also be integrated in conveyor tunnel systems directly at the entrance gantry or in a separate arch, e.g. for retrofitting into the washing processes. The show effect is enhanced by the LED lighting: the lighting can be set on numerous colours and light patterns such as, for example, permanent light, flashing light, stroboscope or colour shift via the control menu. FoamSensation increases the attractiveness of your business and is a real customer magnet.

In addition to this, WashTec offers its proven and constantly further advanced linear technology, which is now not only used in the brush stations, but also in the high-pressure and blower dryer sections. Thanks to the exactly controlled linear and vertical movements, it is possible to reach every point of the vehicle as best possible. A special focus of attention is placed as a result on high-pressure washing with brushes on the front and rear of the vehicle. This minimises the manual pre-wash. The linear technology of the blower dryers improves the drying result particularly in the inaccessible rear areas of the vehicle. Thanks to the compact design of the units with movement technology, an optimum washing and drying result can be achieved even on the shortest of conveyor belt lengths.
